Be it remembered that on the 17th day of June A.D. 1924 at 10 oclock
a.m. a certain conveyance was deposited for registration which was
proved upon the certificate of D. Ash and was duly registered as
follows:
Registrar.
KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I Michael Keefe of Carbonear in the
island of Newfoundland for and in consideration of the following
provisions performed and executed by or on behalf of Dagleton Kennedy of
Carbonear aforesaid in the Island of Newfoundland that is to say: that
the said Dagleton Kennedy is to maintain me with all necessary food and
clothing and with the general comforts agreeable to my station in life
and upon my death to give me decent burial for these considerations
well and faithfully performed and executed I the said Michael Keefe of
Carbonear aforesaid in the Island of Newfoundland give transfer convey
assign and set over and by these presents do give transfer convey
assigned set over unto the said Dagleton Kennedy all and singular my
right title and interest in and to the property herein described and set
forth as follows: the western part of the dwelling house together with
the land underneath the same now in the occupancy of myself Michael
Keefe the store or stable to the westward of the said dwelling house
together with the land around and opposite the said store or stable both
bounded on the south by London Road the cabbage garden at the rear of
the said dwelling or stable one half of the cellar at the rear of the
said dwelling ; my interest in the right of way leading to lands owned
by myself and my sister Bridget Keefe and Mary Keefe; a piece or parcel
of land situate bounded and abutted as follows On the South bounded by
Hogans property and measuring two hundred and fourteen feet on the west
bounded by Supples Lane and measuring two hundred and seventy two feet
on the north bounded by Supples property and measuring one hundred and
sixty two feet on the east bounded by Bridget Keefes and Mary Keefes
property and measuring southward one hundred and sixty feet thence
eastward fifty feet thence southward again one hundred feet TO HAVE AND
TO HOLD all the said properties and erections herein described together
with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the same to the said Dagleton Kennedy his heirs executors assigns and
administrators absolutely. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Michael Keefe
have subscribed and set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of March
Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty four. Michael (his

Fitzpatrick, Leonard Ash. Nfld. Carbonear to wit: Be it known that on the 13th day of March 1924 A.D. I was personally present and did see
Michael Keefe the grantor named in the within instrument personally know
