 In re

Michael Connors decease

      This is the last will and testament of me, Michael Connors, late of the General Post Office, at present of St. John’s made this the sixth day of July, Anno Domini One Thousand nine Hundred and six, 1. I appoint Sir Edward P. Morris, of St. John’s, executor of this my last will and testament. 2. I give, devise and bequeath to my said executor all the property of every description of which I may die possessed but particularly the house now occupied by me, to be held by my said executor during the balance of the term, and any renewals thereof and the profit rental of same to be devoted by him towards the celebration of Masses for the repose of my soul, and that of my wife and my son Timothy.  In witness whereof I have here unto subscribed my hand, by affixing my mark, at St. John’s aforesaid, the day and the year first above written (it having been first read over and explained) Michael  X  Connors.  Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence at his request and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses
