Both natives of Waterford Ireland Gerald Prendergast, of Cappoquin and Bridie O'Donnell of Lismore marry in New York City circa 1905

Here are my maternal great grandparents. Gerald arrived in the late 1890s and Bridie aboard the SS Campania in 1903. Her brother was Rev. John J. O'Donnnell of Sacred Heart parish in Manhattan. Gerald and Bridie may have married there in 1905. They had 3 daughters Marion, and twins Geraldine and Josephine by 1908. Bridie died that year or 1909 of TB and the twins were sent back to Cappoquin to be raised by their paternal grandparents Thomas Prendergast & Mary Coleman in Toor.
