1837 Deed John CONNERS Junr.

John Hennessey___________ to __________John Conners Junr

In memorine? of  a lease or  Deed bearing date the Twentieth day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven whereby

John Hennessey of Harbor Grace Planter for and in consideration of the Rent hereinafter mentioned did let unto John Conners Junior his heirs

and assigns "All that piece or parcel of ground with a Dwelling House erected thereon now in his possession bounded and situated near Henry

Wiseman's premises on the hill bounded by the said Henry Wisemans premises on the West on the North by the Widow Lahy's garden and on

the South and East by John Brazill's plantation" to have and to hold unto the said John Conners Junr with all erections thereon and to his heirs and

assigns for the full time or term of twenty one years to be complete and ? paying therefore yearly and every year unto the said John Hennessey

the sum of three pounds ten shillings current money of Newfoundland.
